Hi folks,
It is good to be aboard and hope to get to have a chat with one and all. I've been here about a year and a half but illness in the family has kind of kept me away from much computer jumping. The wife or I one seems to have been tied to the Doctors apron strings the last 10 years, thank goodness the good Lord has let it bring us closer to each other and him. In fact I go in the VA Wed. to start the work up for surgery on cancer, big problem is I had medicated stents placed in the heart less than a year ago and the Plavix has to be stopped long enough to do the operation. I feel good about the surgeons the Va is bring in so that is a real up lift.
I am 100% P&T disabled vet from Viet Nam and was with the State Police in KY till the Ole legs could no longer slip by the state Doc's , have a wonderful family and super friends-still have a few officers that stop by to check on me now and then. The range we belong to lets me go most anyplace I need in the wheelchair so I am lucky there. Every member of the family loves to shoot from the 5 yr old grandson to Ole grandpa here. You say range and the wife has the van loaded before you can say scat.
Well I'm heading down to the shop to get things in place to start another AK build when I get home from the hospital and can work at it some.

Bless each and every one
Ron

Corporal Ron,

Welcome to the RnG community.

On behalf of the RnG staff. For your service and sacrifice for this Country, and dedication during your Law Enforcement work, We thank you and your family.

From your intro, it appears that you're a fine ambassador of the sport. Regarding your wife, any woman that is enthusiastic about going to the range will be courted by all of us here at Rifles-n-Guns.

Corporal, you be good to her, you’re definitely a lucky man.
