im not one to put down any caliber because even a.22 is better then nothing but from my experienses with guns a.380 would not be my first choice a 9mm would be a little better but if that what you want to add to your collection not to many high quality guns come in .380 cal but if your looking not to spend to much money there are a couple companys like cobra or hi-point there guns are all right i own a couple hi-points there not to bad but there also no ware near top of the line let us know what you come up with.
