I have one, I think they are great. I only wish I could find a dependable source for parts. ie bolt , springs ect. I dont know where to get spare parts for them consequently I dont use it least I breaK SOMETHING. i THINK THEY UTILIZE THE BEST OF BOTH WORLDS A ar-15 bolt and an ak recoil system

I have an AR100 (preban version of the AR200) that I bought new in the early 1980's for $350.00. I really like it. It is light weight, a natural pointer, rugged, and functions exceptionally well. Recently mounted a 4x12 scope on it. Pretty good groups at 200 yards. Good varmit rifle (including human varmits if necessary).

Great investment, I'd say. I been telling my wife for years that a good gun will always appreciate in value. But she still rolls her eyes, every time I bring a new one home...
