.303 Parker-Hale

I have a .303 Parker-Hale. The markings on it by the trigger have a Crown with a "GR" under the crown and 1918 S HT L.E III * in that order under the "GR" and Parker-Hale markings on the barrel. On the opposite side of the bolt action there is 4 small screws and I was wondering if they would be for a side mount scope? Any help would be appreciated. Thanx.
