Well chalk one up for us and the good citizens of Washington D.C. Just recently the handgun ban was dropped with a 2 to 1 vote. So now the illegal ban on weapons would need to protect themselves is over. Now we need to to try and fix California.

Amen to fixing California Jollyroger. I lived in the Golden State for nearly 38 years and buying and owning a gun in that state is a real pain. All those liberals want you to be robbed and killed, but, do not want to give you your Second Ammendment rights. I just know I was very pleased to leave California and go to a state where buying, owning and having a conceal carry perimit was mandated by law. If only California could understand the importance of conceal carry and what happens to the crime rate in a state where the law abiding public are carrying weapons. Hopfully someday Jollyroger.

Ditto bullseye, I lived in California for 12 years.Between the gun laws and the cost of living, it was not hard to decide to move to N. Carolina. What state mandates a carry permit, I would like to know. I do know about Rifle Co. trying to pass that law but I never heard of a state doing it.
