Who wants to come out and play?

There seems to be a lot of fun folks here and I have 80 acres and a lot of ammunition. Seems to me, ya'll got a lot of guns and ammo but no room to use it all. So! May I suggest we set up a weekend or even a week where we, all who can, can get together and really meet each other and have some fun. We can camp here or stay at a couple motels near by and just enjoy some fun. We can shoot, drink liquor and tell lies as long as we want. I would love to get together with a bunch of like minded people and have some good discussions and compare gus to guns, and just have some fun. What do you think? Wan'na come out an' play? Let me know. JD

Damn JD, that sounds fun! Too bad for me being on the upper west coast! Would love to join ya and try out a few of my toys (and your M82A1) but i will have to wait till I have a lot more vacation time and a bigger budget. What state are you in again?

I'm in central Georgia, half way between Atlanta and Augusta right on Lake Oconee off I-20, so we can fish too if you want. But I am serious. Let's all get as many gun nuts together as we can, whenever we can. JD

Roger that but I'm down in New Zealand, Doing my part by teachin my daughter, nieces & nephews about bushcraft + safety and sport with firearms. A trip to the States is on my wish list.

Hey Jack,
I have 2 daughters. My oldest was a finalist for high power rifle in the '96 Olympics, then she was in Playboy twice. My youngest is a bit more reserved, she just likes to shoot, anything, like me, or, well, you know what I mean. How old are your charges, my girls are 28, and 25 now, I guess I must be getting old then. Just don't remind me. JD

I've an 8yr old, most of her cousins/ friends of sim' age. So they're just starting out. (and yes They make me feel old too)

With my girls you are the one who needs locking up. They will pop a cap in your bum long before daddy gets a chance! (Laugh mate!) But truly don't underestimate either one of them. You are still welcome at my house any time. I have always wanted to come to NZ, haven't made it yet but really want to see the place. Been to Austr a couple of times, don't know what got in the way but I will get there before I bite the big one. JD

I am quite serious about this idea. We would have a blast (pun intended). Let's throw a date out there. How about the weekend of May 12. Not too hot here and usually very good weather. Need feedback.
