Hey folks. I wrote a book about an x-cia agent who has to call on his buddies to do a job no one else will do. It's spies, guns, sex and loyalty. I wanted to post in on the site in articles. I just want to know who of you would be interrested in reading it BEFORE it goes to the publisher? The title is "Thicker than Water" Please answer in this thread.

Ok guys, I am posting it in the "Articles" section. Please, after you read it leave me some comments. I'd really like to know what you think. It goes to the publisher soon so you all will be first to read it. Thanks, JD

Alright, I've read your book & you've made an excellent job of it.
But would ou mind a small critque ? (nothing too big, just my personal thoughts)
I found it hard to get into it at the start and found some of the character descriptions a little too precise. And some of the chapters slightly disjointed (very normal for first time writers).
It took me untill about chap' 10 to really start getting into it, when it became obvious there really was a point to the story and you found your rythym. I'll be looking for it at my bookshop,
as i truely enjoyed it... thank you for trusting us.
TOP EFFORT THAT FELLOW !!!

Jack, spcop, everyone, Thank you! No opinion is pure punishment. I always welcome constructive criticism. So again, Thanks for taking time to read it. The next story in what will be a series is less tedious, slightly longer and much better written. It's like lifting weights. The more you do it, the lighter the load. JD

I started reading the story and so far it's really good. It does start a bit slow, and there is a bit more detail to characters than most might like. I'm an avid Stephen Hunter fan, and he writes along the same way. But that actually adds to the ability of a story to hook you. Once your in, your in for for the whole wonderful ride.

Keep it up JD

I'd rather go hunting with Dick, than driving with Ted:
