The tools of conflict have always been weapons, which aspire to give one side in a conflict the upper hand over the other, by killing and maiming as many of the enemy’s members as possible. Gradually through time, weapons have evolved from simple killing devices to large, mechanical purveyors of death. Following is the top ten deadliest weapons list, from prehistoric times, to today.
